Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Agent Ace platform and services ("Services") provided by AO IT Tech, Inc., a Florida corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Agent Ace is a brand operated by AO IT Tech, Inc.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Description of Services

Agent Ace provides AI-powered automation services including conversational AI, appointment scheduling, and lead management tools designed for small and mid-sized businesses. Our Services are provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms or as required by law. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by AO IT Tech, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Services, and you grant us a license to use that data solely to provide the Services to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AO IT Tech, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
